After curating over 140 presentations and webinars in 2020, this year’s OED aims to focus on capacity and community building for “digital learning officers” through a workshop training series and MOOC courses. This webinar aims to inspire and guide “digital learning officers” in understanding the organization and development strategy for online education capacity building in higher education institutions under the new normal.
