I remain confident and hopeful in the numerous advantages of developing high-quality MOOC and online education. First, it can promote well-rounded human development and improve quality of education through modernizing traditional classroom teaching and learning. Second, it can promote all-round social progress and improve equity of education through making high-quality educational resources more accessible to all learners. Finally, it can promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind and explore the digital transformation of higher education through expanding our global influence and actively building a communication platform.

We must capitalize on digital technology to revitalize educational ideas, reform educational models, and actively contribute to transforming higher education in the digital era while also enhancing educational equity and quality. I trust you will continue to work with the Secretariat, and I am looking forward to working closely with you all to take our alliance to new heights.”
